Author: Pattaya, 13th November 2010 [PDN] At 12.25am police Captain Netithorn Rattanasuchanon a Pattaya Police Deputy Chief Inspector, received notification of a disturbance created by a crazy male foreigner who had removed his clothing in front of his rented room at the Baan Piyatham apartment, Soi Chalermphrakiet16, 3rd Road, Moo9, Nongprue, Banglamung. A team of officers arrived at the scene to investigate the commotion.
