Two Thailand visa application forms per applicant properly completed and signed. Signature must be original on each Thailand visa application. Improperly completed visa application forms may delay the processing of your Thai visa.
Please note: this application form along with all supporting documents must be sent to the Travisa address on your printed Global Reservation Form, and not to the address on the application.

Who requires a visa
(1) they are nationals of countries which are exempted from visa requirements when entering Thailand for tourism purposes. Such nationals will be permitted to stay in the Kingdom for a period of not exceeding 30 days.
(2) they are nationals of countries which hold bilateral agreements with Thailand on the exemption of visa requirements.
What documents will be required
Transit Visa:
– Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months
– Visa application form completely filled out
– Recent( 4 x 6 cm.) photograph of the applicant
– Evidence of travel from Thailand (confirmed air ticket paid in full)
– Evidence of adequate finance (20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family)
– Visa of a third country in a passport or travel document
– Letter of invitation stating the application’s participation in sports activities in the Kingdom
What is the cost of a visa
Transit Visa 800 Baht per entry
Tourist Visa 1,000 Baht per entry
Non-immigrint Visa 2,000 Baht for single entry and 5,000 Baht for multiple entries.

History of Thailand
